Frequently Asked Questions

We are a theatrical marketing agency based in NYC that provides discounts to Broadway shows in the form of discount codes and other types of ticket discounts.

We provide the general public access to discount Broadway show tickets for less than the normal face value. We are not a ticket broker and we do not buy or sell secondary market tickets.

There are three ways to buy discount tickets to Broadway. First, you must become a member of our service. Then, if your show has a discount code available, you can order tickets by:

  1. Calling the Official Ticket Seller (EG Ticketmaster or Telecharge) with our secret discount code
    - OR-
  2. Going to Official Ticket Seller website (E.G. Ticketmaster.com or TelechargeOffers.com) and using our secret discount code
    - OR -
  3. Visiting the box office directly at the show's theatre and using our discount code. By purchasing your ticket in-person, you can avoid Telecharge or Ticketmaster service fees.

We advise that you get access to the discount Broadway ticket guide a couple of months before your trip, since our discount codes are usually active for 60-90 days. This gives you ample time to seek out the best seats with the greatest discount. You can also access the guide closer to the show date, but ticket inventory will obviously go down. However, in many cases, Broadway shows can still have discount tickets available even on the day of the show.

Most discount codes are valid for the next 60-90 days. Some discount codes can last less than 30 days, while others can last as long as 120 days. You can check the current Broadway show ticket discounts here. When you purchase the guide, you can access it for 30 days. Keep in mind that the Broadway ticket guide is affordably priced, so you can purchase it a bit earlier just to understand how everything works.

All of our information on general rush tickets, student rush tickets, lottery tickets, and standing room only tickets applies regardless of the date. You can check this information at any time, although we advise that you check this information 7-10 days in advance so you can plan ahead.

Entering the discount codes on Ticketmaster and Telecharge is easy. Please follow the instructions given here for each of the services:

You can buy as many tickets as you want! Some Broadway shows set limits at 8 tickets per person, but you can usually go back online (or call back) to get more tickets if you need them. Lottery tickets are limited to 2 tickets per win.

If you need over 20 tickets you can get a group rate. Group tickets are not usually cheaper, but choosing this option allows you to get the tickets now and pay for them later, through deferred invoicing.

Broadway Insider Tip On Buying Tickets:

When buying individual tickets, avoid buying eight tickets in the same row. This is similar to going to dinner with a large group, where you inevitably don't get to talk to people at the other end of the table since they are too far away.

Instead, it is much better to buy your tickets in two sets of four, with one set behind the other. This allows you to be able to talk to everyone, and you can easily switch seats with other group members if someone is blocking your view.

You get to choose the exact seats that you want when you order your tickets. After you sign up for our Broadway Ticket Guide, you can login and figure out what shows you want to see. We give you instructions in the guide on how to order your tickets from Ticketmaster or TeleCharge. When you call them, visit their website, or go to the box office, they will tell you what seats they have available and you decide on the specific seat that you want from those choices.

You receive your tickets exactly the same way you would get a regular priced ticket.

You can pick up your ticket at the box office, have it mailed to your address, or have the ticket sent electronically to your email address.

If you have the ticket sent electronically, you can print the ticket at home or display the ticket on your phone at the theatre.

Except for the discounted price, the process of receiving the ticket is exactly the same as a regular Broadway ticket.

Broadway theaters sometimes reserve the right to place restrictions on the use of discount codes when purchasing tickets and in some rare cases they decide to exercise this right. We list any restrictions or blackouts on our offers page.

Some restrictions come up around Christmas, New Year's, and some of the other official holidays throughout the year. Occasionally a Broadway show may exclude Saturday nights, but this usually only happens for top shows and the exclusion is often short-lived. When you call the ticket sales number, they can give you the very latest discount code restrictions (if any) that are applicable to that Broadway show. We always list all the restrictions that we know about before you buy the guide.

We cannot guarantee that there will always be a discounted show ticket for every performance since tickets do sell out, especially around the holidays.

People who wish to purchase the Broadway Ticket Guide should do so with this in mind. We provide our members with our insider discount offers for a very modest fee and always remove an offer if it is no longer working. We update our offer database three times daily, so you always know exactly what offers we have.

Our online Broadway discount ticket guide is affordably priced, which makes it an easy decision for our customers. The sale is also a one-time charge and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

No-Return, No Refund Policy

Once the guide has been used by the customer, there is a no-return, no refund policy, unless the guide was somehow incorrect, erroneous, or misleading in some way. The guide is like a newspaper - once the buyer has bought it and accessed it, they have effectively used it.

Refund Policy Caveats

As stated, there is no refund due unless there is an error in the content (e.g. if a Broadway show closed unexpectedly or we said we had a discount for a show and did not list it). We know sometimes other errors can happen, so we can view them on a case-by-case basis.

Duplicated Sales

From time to time, someone may accidently put an order through twice - these duplicated sales will be refunded.

Definition of 'Used'

The definition of "used" is when a customer logs in to their account and reads the premium content that is reserved for members only. If we misrepresent the contents of the guide then we will refund the account, but we work very hard to bring accurate and timely discounts to all our members.
